Where we ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. We're not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the US yet.

Processing & delivery time

Every Halo order is made to order with your numbers. It's made in 2–4 business days and ships free with tracking via priority shipping, arriving in 7–12 business days total. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it ships. Follow your shipment anytime on our Track Order page.

Free priority shipping on every US order.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 15 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date, if it never arrived) at halolightingsupport@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
