Shipping Policy

Processing time

Every Halo piece is made to order. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During launches and holidays, processing may take an extra day or two — we'll email you if there's any delay.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, standard US delivery is 5–9 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our facility, and you can follow along anytime on our Track Order page.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. Free shipping is included on orders of 2 or more pieces.

International shipping

Available to most countries. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 10–21 business days. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at halolightingsupport@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
